Shipping

Once your order is received, we will take care of it as soon as possible and under the best possible conditions.

Deliveries are paid by the customer and will be sent to the referred postal address you gave when you proceeded with your order.

Delivery time is from 5 to 7 business days, but could take more time for countries outside Europe. For international delivery, delivery time may take between 7 and 21 days.

Please bear in mind that we cannot be held responsible for potential delay after sending the packages.

Return

Each customer can notify us of a return within a 14-day period, the next day after receiving your order. After this period, you will not be able to ask to return your order.

The next day, after notifying us of your return, you will have no more than 14 days to send us back the order.

To be received and accepted, the product must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect state, just as you have received it. Additionally, the following contact details must be mentioned so that we can identify you and your order: first name, last name, postal address and order number.

The fees to return the order are at the cost of the customer.

All payments made for the purchase of the product will be refunded, after the order is received, in perfect state. As a result, the return fees will not be reimbursed. Repayment will be made on the payment method used during the purchase of the products.

To be refunded, the business has a 14-day window after receiving the order.

Articles in sales, or in discount, are not refunded. Only them with their original selling price are eligible for refund.

Exchange

Concerning the articles initially received damaged or in a bad condition, the customer can ask us to return the products or to proceed to an exchange of the same products. Along with your request, you will have to send proofs of the damaged products. In that case, the shipping fees will be at our cost.
